Sydney is the tallest dancer in the middle-striking her pose....Sydney's recital was the second half of the week. Her teacher was Mariah. They were Zion Canyon for their dance. Here are a few pics of her rehearsal. (During Amanda's, I could only video because they didn't 'block' like Sydney's did. Clytie said they were already perfect. So, that is why, no 'still' pics of Amanda. If I learn how to download my camcorder, I will post their dances).
Syd in the middle again...
For the second time in one week, G&G Arv and Grandma Gib came up for Sydney's performance. We are grateful our grandparents know that it was a big deal for them to make it to both recitals. Grandma Gib had to run right after the dance to get back to Grandpa (who was under another babysitter's care. The babysitters were his buddies from church). 
We tried to go to Farr's ice cream parlor in Ogden (with G&G Arv) after the performance, but because it was so crowded, we ended up at Iggy's. We let Sydney get whatever she wanted and so she got cheese fries and a hot fudge sundae. She found out fast why we don't usually eat those things together! We had another great night! Sydney did a fantastic job and did her signature pose/tilted head at the end. Mike & I just laughed and laughed. She is a cutie!
